SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free express shipping within Australia using Australia post.
Express International Shipping $40
We ship International orders by airmail with tracking using Australia post. Delivery times will vary based on your geographic location but allow roughly two weeks for an in-stock item. Some countries charge customs/duties upon arrival before your item is delivered. In the event of any fees that may accrue upon arrival, the customer is responsible for these extra charges.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our jewellery is thoroughly quality checked prior to sending out orders and your satisfaction with our jewellery is my top priority. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we prefer to offer an exchange or store credit. However, you may return or exchange any unworn items in their original condition and with original packaging with your receipt (please keep a copy for yourself) within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must contact jmo jewellery before returning to make correct shipping arrangements.
The purchaser is responsible for loss during return shipping; please ensure sufficient insurance.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid for merchandise only. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping to you. Refunds to credit cards will only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to five working days for your refund to be processed.
Please pack and seal your return securely and ship pre-paid in the same manner in which you received it.
If your shipment is from outside Australia, please contact me first to confirm any additional shipping documents that may be required.
Please do not use the word 'jewellery' or any words related to jewellery anywhere on the packaging or shipping documents. For clients completing customs forms, I will provide you with the correct, discreet wording to be used on the forms.
